Welcome! This 16x hour Maryland Wear and Carry Course (concealed carry) meets the training requirements for Maryland Wear and Carry and the state of Arizona license to carry a concealed weapon.

This Class Meets 2x Different State Training Requirements Allowing Concealed Carry in Over 36 Different States!!

Maryland Training. With your Maryland Wear and Carry Permit, you’ll be able to carry concealed (if over the age of 21), in 22x different states (Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming).

Arizona Training. By adding the Arizona permit, you’ll be able to carry in 1x additional state (Delaware).

Virginia Training. If you choose to add your Virginia Concealed Carry Permit you’ll be able to carry concealed in 13x additional states (Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Vermont), a

NOTE: When registering, only Day 1 reflects the times, please note this is a 2x day class, 8x hours of required training each day.

Class Type. This is a in-person, two (2) day classroom-based course, with the second day consisting of both, classroom and the Maryland State Police live shooting qualification requirement, at a live gun range.

Course Includes. Course and Range Fees, Handgun Rental, LiveScan Fingerprints, 2x Passport Photos, B-27 Shooting Qualification Targets, Training Completion Certificates, Eye and Hearing Protection, and a lite lunch, snacks and drinks.

Fingerprints and Passport photos will be conducted via appointment at either location, “Maryland Fingerprinting”, located at: The Empire Towers Building, 7310 Ritchie Hwy, Suite 610, Glen Burnie, MD (Mon-Fri), or “Maryland Small Arms Range”, located at: 9801 Fallard Ct, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 (Tues – Fri). Price DOES NOT include application fees or ammunition.

Objectives. Candidates that successfully complete this course will have a fundamental knowledge of the following topics:

– The Maryland Firearms Laws pertaining to who can possess a firearm and who is prohibited from possessing a firearm.

– State and Federal Firearms Laws pertaining to Self Defense, Defense of Others and Defense of Property.

– State and Federal Laws pertaining to the Safe Storage of Firearms to include home firearm safety.

– The Requirements and options for surrendering, transferring, or otherwise disposing of a firearm after becoming prohibited from possessing a firearm under State or Federal Law.

– The requirements for reporting a loss or theft of a firearm to a Law Enforcement Agency as required by law.

– An understanding of the firearms and accessories which are banned under state and federal law.

– The types of firearms that require a special permit or registration to acquire or possess under state or federal law.

– The law prohibiting the straw purchase of a firearm.

– The law concerning armed trespass under 6-411 of the criminal law article.

– The locations where a person is prohibited from possessing a firearm regardless of whether a person possesses a wear and carry permit.

– Handgun (revolver/semi-automatic) nomenclature and safe operation.

– Conflict De-Escalation and Resolution Dealing with Anger Management issues.

– Suicide Prevention and Intervention.
