Cancellation Policy – CPR, Firearms Safety, Personal Fitness Training, Deposits and all Other Certification Courses

Overview:  All training, fitness and certification courses are operated by Premier Executive Training Group, owned and operated by Premier Executives Group.  All training classes require 1-hour notice of cancellation prior to the confirmed training start date and time. 

Deposits: When applicable, deposits are only fully refundable if canceled at least 48-hours prior to the agreed start time. Only 20% of the deposit will be returned if canceled between 24 and 48 hours of the agreed start time.  No portion of the deposit is refundable if canceled within 24-hours of the agreed start time.

All Cancellations must be made via email: care@premierexecutivetraining.com.

Overview:  As an eligible Premier Executive Training Group. member, cancellations incur no fee if cancelled greater than one (1) hour in advance via approved cancellation methods.

If cancelled within an hour from confirmed training start time, the primary account holder will NOT receive a refund.  Exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis.  Email customer care to appeal.

Students that are greater than 30 minutes late, with no justifiable, pre-coordinated communications prior to class will be marked as a “No Show” and will forfeit all monies paid.

Students that fail to complete class objectives, or depart for any unjustifiable, non pre-communicated reason, greater than 15 minutes, will be marked as “Incomplete” and will not receive credit for taking the course and will not receive any refund on the monies paid.  A proportion credit, to be calculated on a case-by-case basis by Customer Care, MAY be applied for future courses and classes.

Who Are We

Premier Executive Training Group. is the executive agent for all certification security firearms and life-saving training courses.  Premier Executive Training Group is owned and operated, and serves as the premier training arm for Premier Executives Group.  Premier Executive Training Group is synonymous with Premier Executives Group (formerly Premier Executive Group).

Use of Premier Executive Transportation and its Affiliates Services

Overview:  To enroll in any Premier Executive Training Group classes, the registering customer (herby referred to as “client”) represents to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a contract for training certification under Maryland state and federal government laws.

Client understands any changes to the reservation, once confirmed, MAY result in a price change and/or a non-refund.  

Liability – Personal Property

Neither Premier Executive Training Group, its agents or employees shall be liable for any personal property of the client or client’s guests, which are misplaced, damaged, or left in the training classroom. If clients personal items are left, Premier Executive Training Group, which will make an effort, shall not be responsible for the safe keeping of any such item.

Liability – Inability to Fulfill Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Overview: Premier Executive Training Group, and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any damage arising out of its inability to conduct a training class due to any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the Premier Executive Training Group, such as any “acts of God”.  Details:  If for any reason Premier Executive Training Group cannot provide the training booked, Premier Executive Training Group will make every attempt to solve at the lowest level, search for an alternate location and/or instructor, and/or utilize a similar service provider.

Client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic, and severe weather conditions delay travel. There may be unexpected instructor delays and other unforeseen events beyond the control of Premier Executive Training Group, for which Premier Executive Training Group shall not be liable to client. There shall be no recourse for any of the same.

Liability – Damages

Client is responsible for all damages incurred to the training equipment and training space (classroom, conference room…etc.).

Clients hereby agree to hold Premier Executive Training Group, its agents, and employees harmless from any consequences of such wrongful use by client or Client’s guests, including the cost to defend against the same.

The instructor inspects each piece of equipment before, during and after each training session. In the event of damage, clients shall be responsible for all harm and damages suffered by Premier Executive Training Group, its agents, employees, or third parties.

Premier Executive Training Group, or its designated representative, is hereby appointed client’s attorney-in-fact to sign client’s signature for additional charges to client’s credit card for damages, overtime, &/or any changes due & not immediately paid by the client & is expressly empowered & authorized to charge all costs resulting from damages to said credit card.

Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Premier Executive Training Group, its agents or employees, client hereby waives all claims against Premier Executive Training Group, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages, to client’s person or property from whatever cause. In addition, the client waives any right of subrogation about the same.

Health and Safety Notice – COVID-19 Protocols

Overview:  This ‘new normal’ may evolve and change over time to reflect government guidance and new societal expectations.  What will never change, though, is our commitment to keeping our staff, clients and public safe.  This is our utmost priority.   Details:  We take safety seriously and will go to the extreme to do so.  This includes a dedicated, fully qualified Epidemiologist/Public Health Analyst on staff to oversee our preventive health safety measures.  Gloves: All staff will wear gloves (when applicable).  Instead of shaking hands, the instructor may offer an elbow/fist bump.  Testing:  All of our instructors are tested for the COVID-19 virus.  Vaccinations:  All of our instructors have all recommended dosages of the COVID-19 and flu vaccine.  Screening, Employees and Customers:  All instructors employed with Premier Executive Training Group are screened each day prior to commencing their shift and all clients are asked to self-screen prior to entering a Premier Executive Training Group training facility.  Screening includes a visual check for symptoms, direct-line questioning (where applicable) developed in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control, and temperature checks.  Social Distancing: The amount of personnel per class is limited, and every effort should be made to social distance.  Food and Drink:  All provided water and snacks are pre-packaged, sealed, and only handled by personnel donned in appropriate protective personnel equipment and trained in “food handling”.  Sanitation:  All of our training equipment is sanitized using FDA approved sanitation, specifically designed for combating the COVID-19 virus.  An additional sanitation will occur immediately prior to commencing training, and immediately upon completion of training and all our equipment is “aired-out” afterwards.  Face Coverings:  All Staff will wear specially designed face coverings if not vaccinated, OR when expressly requested by the client.  Same expectations are required of clients.  Contingencies:  If while in a training session/class, a client begins exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, the instructor will minimize their and the client exposure, and secure interior ventilation systems (when environmentally available), make an attempt to social distance the client, until class completion and/or if the situation warrants, recommend the client return to their place of residence, OR proceed to a medical treatment facility.  Premier Executive Training Group will assist the client to the maximum extent reasonably possible to ensure they, nor Premier Executive Training Group incur no additional financial burdens as a result

Online Booking Application

Online booking is available to customers and clients.  Premier Executive Training Group reserves the right to classify students as “clients” via internal eligibility protocols and deny their status as clients when deemed necessary.  Online Booking and mobile booking are included at no additional cost.  Privacy regulations apply when entering information online.  Required information during booking includes first, last name, email, phone number, previous certification documents, username, password.

Conduct

Premier Executive Training Group reserves the right to institute and establish rules and regulations of clients’ conduct, which may be amended from time to time, including termination of training session, without refund, due to non-compliant client conduct.

Complimentary Snacks and Beverages

Overview:  Premier Executive Training Group MAY provide complimentary water and snacks (see “Our Commitment” for safe handling procedures during COVID-19). We are not responsible for health effects associated with food allergies.  Every attempt will be made prior to commencing a class to address any food allergy concerns.

Forms of Payments Accepted

Overview:  All provided services require payment via an approved, confirmed, authenticated, and verified form of digital payment.  Details:  All payments due must be received prior to the commencement of the training session.  Bookings ARE NOT confirmed until full payment is received, an instructor  has been assigned and a confirmation notification has been sent to the originating client. All major US-based credit cards are accepted.  Cash will NOT be accepted.  Checks are not accepted.  Client hereby authorizes Premier Executive Training Group and Premier Executives Group to utilize a third-party application “Stripe”, for payment, and authorizes Premier Executive Training Group and Premier Executives Group to charge the associated processing fees up to .4% (subject to change according to the credit card processing Premier Executive Training Group).  See cancellation section for refunds.

Media

You agree to have photos taken for marketing and advertising purposes.  We will NEVER sale your photos.  Photos are meant for internal marketing and advertising purposes. If you upload images to this website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies
